Online payments are held until you approve the work, or you can pay cash on completion. HelpOn is available in English, Sinhala and Tamil.

Common questions
What if a provider does not accept my booking?
Fixed-price bookings are fully refunded if the provider does not accept within 24 hours.
Does it cost anything to join as a provider?
No. There is no joining fee. Providers pay commission only on completed jobs and can withdraw earnings to any Sri Lankan bank account.
